satisfactory stay overall
clean room excellent location hot water compensation sort
the room was spacious, and i found it to be very clean. the location was excellent, as it was easy to walk to various points of interest in the city. the staff were pleasant.
the gas supply was lost . this meant there was no hot water. i mentioned this at checkout and only received an apology, but some sort of compensation would have been better

The hotel was really central and clean. the room was spacious and looked recently decorated. The hotel staff were so helpful.
Delayed check in time! it took five minutes to be greeted at breakfast. I also noticed that the coffee machines and water had run out.

central location convenient parking
The location was central and convenient for exploring. On-site parking was a real benefit, as it simplified our travel logistics (a huge plus!).
The temperature control in the room seemed a little inconsistent, needing some adjustment to maintain a stable, comfortable environment.

my room was spacious. the location was quite close to the town centre. the staff were friendly and cute.
our room had not been serviced when i returned one day. i called reception and they suggested that i had opted out of housekeeping, not true. the hotel seemed busy, but i felt there was little appreciation of the inconvenience..
