the room was spacious, and i found it to be very clean. the location was excellent, as it was easy to walk to various points of interest in the city. the staff were pleasant.
the gas supply was lost . this meant there was no hot water. i mentioned this at checkout and only received an apology, but some sort of compensation would have been better

Delayed check in time! it took five minutes to be greeted at breakfast. I also noticed that the coffee machines and water had run out.

The temperature control in the room seemed a little inconsistent, needing some adjustment to maintain a stable, comfortable environment.
