Wonderful City Stay

The location was central and convenient for exploring. On-site parking was a real benefit, as it simplified our travel logistics (a huge plus!).
The temperature control in the room seemed a little inconsistent, needing some adjustment to maintain a stable, comfortable environment.

The room included a kettle and biscuits for tea, a very welcome touch. The bathroom had good space, with a nice set of toiletries provided for our use.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful . The breakfast staff were friendly (which i appreciated) and ensured everyone was well-cared for, providing excellent service each morning.

The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices to suit various tastes and preferences. The hotel restaurant provides wonderful food, paired with excellent service. I recommend the full English breakfast.

our room had not been serviced when i returned one day. i called reception and they suggested that i had opted out of housekeeping, not true. the hotel seemed busy, but i felt there was little appreciation of the inconvenience..
